A little rules overhaul after reviews and some extra playtesting.

Changes:

• Increased win condition from 15 to 30.
• Added notation about how minor arcana cards affect tracks.
• Clarified how face cards are counted in terms of value.
• Clarified how ending outcomes can shift due to events.
